“Lead-Group” panels composed of 3-4 students who make 30-40 minute effective teaching descriptions and demonstrations on specific topics related to each of the IDEA exceptional education categories. A successful panel demonstration should stimulate the group-at-large (rest of the class members) to learn and reflect on the descriptions, needs and related impacts of various disabling conditions on students, parents, and educators.

 

“Lead-Groups” will make every effort to produce interesting and involving dialogues with the rest of the “group-at-large.”
